SCOPA has issued a decision in the case that this case was waiting on. Now need to determine if the Board will request a remand of the case from the Commonwealth Court.

This is actually an old case that is currently pending/stayed at the Commonwealth Court while waiting for a decision from the Supreme Court of PA that addresses the same issue. I got a notification from the Court asking me for a status report to update them on whether the stay should continue. The upshot is that I need to draft and submit a status report.
