client has a hearing on 9/24 before Bengali but I am very confused about the point of this hearing. Intake says that his former "employer" (he was a 1099 for 8 years) WHYY appealed his UC because UC found him to be an employee. He has a different separating employer. And there are no wages from WHYY on the monetary that is in the file? See if you can figure out how, if at all, this appeal actually affects his claim (it looks like he earned enough from the separating employer that he doesn't need any other wages to qualify for the max WBA)
